摘要
在对创业者和企业管理者进行问卷调查的基础上,通过引入主成分分析模型,确定了创业机制形成的主要动因,包括创业利益的驱动、创业成长的拉动、各级政府的推动以及成功创业机制的示范效应等。
Major reasons of forming entrepreneurial mechanism have been confirmed through quoting Principal Component Analysis model and carrying out questionnaire for entrepreneur and manager.The paper analyses main factors including drive of entrepreneurial interest,pulling of entrepreneurial growth,promotion of government and paradigm effect of successful entrepreneurial mechanism.
