摘要
应用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定了76头乳牛[其中胎膜滞留(RFM)牛25头,正常(NRFM)牛51头]分娩前后血浆类固醇激素的浓度。结果表明,产前一个月内RFM牛血浆孕酮(P_4)浓度长期显著低于NRFM牛(P<0.05或0.01),并于产前20、9天突然显著下降(P<0.05或0.01)。血浆雌二醇(E_2β)浓度,RFM牛于产前14、3天突然显著升高并显著高于NRFM牛(P<0.05或0.01),而产前9~6天显著低于NRFM牛。血浆睾酮(T)浓度,RFM牛于产前20、6天突然显著升高并显著高于NRFM牛(P<0.05或0.01);产后1天仍为高水平(P<0.05)。血浆皮质醇(F)浓度,RFM与NRFM牛分娩前后无甚差异。产前6天时血浆P_4与E_2β浓度表明,RFM只出现在P_4<3.5ng/ml,同时E_2β<180pg/ml的牛。
Peripartal blood plasma concentration of progesterone, 17β-oestro-diol, testosterone and cortisol were determined by RIA in seventy-six pregnante cows ( 25 RFM cows, 51 NRFM cows) .The results indicated that the concentration of plasma progesterone in RFM cases was significant low during the last month of gestation ( P<0.05 or 0.01 ) and decreased abruptly on day 20 and 9 prepartum as compared to NRFM cows. The concentration of plasma 17p-oestrodiol in RFM cases increased abruptly on day 14 and 3 prepartum and was lower ( P<0.05 ) in 9-6 days prepartum than NRFM cows. The plasma testosterone concentration in RFM cases was increased markedly on day 20 and 6 prepartum ( P<0.01 ) and also higher than that of NRFM cows on day 1 postpartum ( P<0.05).Among cows whose plasma progesterone concentration was below 2.5ng/ml, the RFM cows amounted to 100%; when plasma 17β-oestrodiol concentration was below 180pg/ml, RFM cases was 63.6%on day 6 prepartum. cured in the cases when plasma concentration of 17β-oestrodiol lower than 180pg/ml,while progesterone less than 3.5ng/ml on day 6 prepartum. No difference was found in plasma concentration of cortisol between affected and normal animals.
