摘要
目的:建立快速、灵敏的蛋白质含量测定方法,对柠条锦鸡儿种子中可溶性蛋白质含量进行测定;方法:运用超声与研磨两种方法提取柠条锦鸡儿种子中的可溶性蛋白,采用考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法对其进行测定;结果:超声提取与研磨提取得到可溶性蛋白含量分别为6.91%、6.87%,RSD分别为0.72%0,.67%;结论:考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法简单、迅速,且两种方法提取的蛋白质含量差别不大。
The rapid and sensitive methods of determining protein contents from Caragana korshinskii Kom.seeds have been established.Caragana korshinskii Kom.seed dissolubility protein was extracted by ultrasonic and rubbing,and determined by Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 dyeing.Protein contents of ultrasonic and rubbing were 6.91%,6.87% and the RSD was 0.72%,0.67%,respectively.The difference of protein contents extracted by two methods was not significant and the Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 dyeing was of simplicity and rapidity.
