水泥混凝土线膨胀系数试验研究 被引量:19

摘要 利用光杠杆系统测定水泥混凝土线膨胀系数。首先探讨了光杠杆测量系统的精确计算公式并采用游标卡尺替代直尺改进了传统的光杠杆系统,提高了试验结果的精度。接着测定多种集料类型的水泥混凝土线膨胀系数。结果表明:粗集料含量相当时,集料本身线膨胀系数越大,含有该集料混凝土的线膨胀系数也越大;升高或降低相同温度时,混凝土的膨胀和收缩量大致相同;混凝土在常温区域内对不同温度区间的敏感性无明显差异。 A method for determining the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) of concrete with optical lever system are introduced.In order to improve the system of traditional optical lever,vernier caliper is used instead of the scale plate and the precise formula is deduced according to theories.The experiments are carried out to test the CTE of concrete with different aggregates.The results show as follows: when aggregate content is equivalent,the CTE of concrete increases with that of aggregate;concrete expansive quantity for temperature increment is in accordance with concrete shrinkage for equal temperature reduction.The sensitivity of concrete for different temperature ranges and the same temperature gradient has no significant difference.
