摘要
基于Rietveld定量分析原理,利用GSAS软件对硅酸盐水泥和铝酸盐水泥的主物相进行定量分析,并将推算出的氧化物含量与X射线荧光分析结果进行比较。结果表明,运用GSAS软件可降低择优取向等不良因素对定量分析结果的影响,实现快速且相对准确的物相定量分析。
The quantitative Rietveld analyses of Portland cement and calcium aluminate cement samples were performed with GSAS software, and the diffraction data were compared with XRF analyses. Results indicate that Quantitative Rietveld analysis with GSAS software permitted to reduce preferential orientation and other negative effects, so it is confirmed as a fast and relatively accurate tool for the quantitative phase determination.
