摘要
针对不同类院校、不同类专业,研究学生素质的构成要素与培养模式是对学生实施个性化素质教育的前提。工程素质是工科院校学生素质的重要构成要素,是工科院校人才培养的着力点。结合教育部启动的"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的目标要求,提出了工科院校学生工程素质的内涵,研究了工科院校学生工程素质培养的着力点,分析了工程素质与综合素质、人文素质的辩证关系,探讨了工科院校经管类与人文类专业学生工程素质的培养问题。
Aiming at differences in university attributes and specialties,the studies of composition of student quality and its cultivating models are prerequisite to implement individualized quality education.The engineering quality constitutes a crucial part in the quality composition of technical university students and also serves as the focus of specialist education.With reference to the objective of Program of Educating and Training Excellent Engineers proposed by Ministry of Education,this paper brings about the connotation of engineering quality of technical universities,explores the focus of engineering quality cultivation,analyzes the dialectical relations among engineering quality,overall quality and humanity quality,and discusses the cultivation of engineering quality of technical university students majoring in Economic Management and Humanity.
