摘要
知识经济时代区域经济的发展越来越依赖人力资本的数量和质量。人力资本是区域经济差异的根本原因。中原经济区作为人力资源大区,人力资本存量丰富。但由于人力资本构成、利用等方面存在的一系列问题,使中原经济区人力资本对经济增长的贡献远远低于应有的水平,造成该区发展水平处于全国洼地。因此必须加大对人力资本的重视力度,解决人力资本开发、使用中存在的问题,才能促进中原经济区快速发展,实现中原崛起、河南振兴。
ln the era of knowledge economy,the development of regional economy more and more depends on the quantity and quality of the human capital.Human capital is the fundamental causes of regional economic difference.Central Plains Economic Zones is a huge human resource area,has rich human capital.But due to a series of problems,human capital＇s contribution to economic growth is far below the desired level,the district development relatively backward.So it is necessary to pay more attention on the human capital,solve problems,and then promote the area of Central Plains economy rapid development,achieve the rise of central China,the revitalization of the HeNan.
