集群式闭环供应链系统动态模型及牛鞭效应分析 被引量:3

摘要 以集群式闭环供应链为研究对象,建立了不确定需求下两个闭环供应链跨链合作的交叉库存补充动态模型,分析了集群式闭环供应链的鲁棒运作问题。针对系统运作过程中需求不确定干扰问题,给出了解决集群式闭环供应链牛鞭效应的鲁棒H∞控制策略及线性矩阵不等式(LMI)算法。最后,通过算例仿真,对比分析了有无跨链合作时两供应链库存、订货(生产)等偏差变化趋势。仿真结果表明,实施H∞控制和跨链合作的交叉紧急库存补充策略可以有效地减小库存、订货(生产)等的偏差波动及牛鞭效应,提高闭环供应链在集群中的竞争力,闭环的优势不受回收参数的影响。 For cluster closed-loop supply chain,dynamic model of cross-chain inventory supplement with uncertainty demand is established;robust H∞ control policy is given to restrain bullwhip effect for cluster closed-loop supply chain to solve the problem caused by demand perturbation.Simulation is performed to compare the inventory and order trends when the chains are with cooperation and without cooperation.The corresponding simulation results show that,by implementing the robustH∞control policy and emergency across transshipment,fluctuation of inventory and order can be effectively reduced and the competitive strength of the underlying cluster closed-loop supply chain is improved.
