摘要
目前,我国尾矿库总数已经超过12 000座,四、五等小型尾矿库数量居多,约占87%。小型尾矿库规模小,投资不高,企业容易忽视它的安全性,其带来的安全隐患已经造成了巨大的生命财产损失。本文在对某地区小型尾矿库现状评价的基础上,分析小型尾矿库存在的问题,提出安全对策,以便于提高小型尾矿库的安全度。
At present,the number of tailings ponds is more than 12 000 in China,of which 87% is the 4th or 5th small tailings ponds.Because of the small scale and low investment,enterprises often ignore the safety of tailings ponds,and the potential safety hazard has already caused serious life and property losses.On the basis of safety assessment on small tailings ponds in one area,some problems are analyzed,and the safety strategies are proposed,which is helpful for improving the safety degree.
