摘要
为了减少对矿产资源开采的浪费,提高矿石回收率,对武钢程潮铁矿进行矿石开采的放矿规律研究,进行采场结构参数的优化。根据物理相似模拟原理及正交试验原理,对采场进行分段高度、进路间距、放矿步距的三因素正交相似模拟放矿试验,探索三因素对矿石回收率的影响,并结合采场实际情况,给出适当提高当前放矿步距的有效建议。
In order to reduce losses of mineral resources and increase recovery rate of ore,the structural parameters of stope are optimized by the research of ore drawing rules for Chengchao Iron Mine mining.By physical analog simulation and orthogonal test principle,the impacts of the three fectors on ore recovery are studied,including sublevel height,the access space and ore drawing pace.According to the practical situation of stope,some advices which can improve the ore drawing pace is given.
