摘要
自1986年3月～1989年3月,我院采用有机硅假体置入作乳房扩大成形术34例共55侧,成功53侧,失败2侧。本文对手术适应证、手术时间、假体置入方式、假体选择及并发症防治等进行讨论。主张对低恶性小肿瘤、无转移,皮肤无缺损,良性肿瘤,在切除肿瘤同时行隆乳整形术;对乳癌患者,应在根治后2～5年。排除复发及转移后作乳房重建术。
From March 1986 through March1989 ,silicon rubber prosthesis had been usedfor mammoplasty in 34 patients ( 55breasts) with 53 success and 2 failures. Theindications of surgical treatment , the time tooperate, the mode of implantatioh of prosthe-sis, the selection of prosthesis and the prophy-lactic measures for complications were dis- cussed.
