摘要
重庆医科大学临床学院麻醉医学教研室在实施临床麻醉学理论课教学前安排相关临床见习课程,采用以问题为基础学习(PBL)教学方法,取得了较好的教学效果。研究结果表明,开设临床见习课程并引入PBL教学模式,使麻醉医学专业学生对各类麻醉及手术过程具备了初步的感性认识和临床思维能力,促进了学生对麻醉学知识的理解与掌握,提高了学生的自主学习能力。
To equip the undergraduates in department of anesthesiology with preliminary impression of anesthesia and surgical operation, promote a better understanding of the clinical course, novitiate teaching in operation room was performed with PBL model to the students before the opening of anesthesiology course. Our teaching practice showed an obvious benefit to the students in the formation of clinical thoughts before theories learning. Students taught with PBL model may get an improvement on the combination of theory and practicing, as well as the self-learning skills in clinical science.
