摘要
学生是学校的办学主体，学生参与学校管理，特别是教学管理，有利于学生与教师，教学管理人员之间的互动，有利于教学质量的提高。高等医学院校由于其专业的特殊性，学生见习、实习时间较长，因此，学生参与管理过程中就需要一套规范的流程作为制度保障。本文结合天津医科大学学生教学信息员制度的实践经验，对高等医学院校学生参与教学管理的必要性、主要形式和内容进行了探讨。
As the school＇ main body, students to participate in school management,especially in teaching management, benefits in the interaction among students, teachers, and administrators, so as to be helpful for teaching quality improvement. This article describes the need for students to participate in teaching management, and explored the main form and main content in medical colleges.
