摘要
探讨高龄患者骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折行球囊后凸成形术的术前护理评估及干预的效果。应用经皮球囊后凸成形术治疗49例椎体压缩性骨折高龄患者，年龄70—89岁，平均75．5岁，术前对患者进行护理评估及相应的护理干预。49例患者术后疼痛均得到有效缓解，无1例因护理不当引发并发症。经皮球囊椎体后凸成形术是治疗高龄患者骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折有效的方法，术前护理评估及干预是手术成功的重要环节。
To explore the effect of preoperative nursing assessment and intervention to elderly patients with osteoporotie compression fractures of spine treated by percutanocus kyphoplasty. Using pereutaneous kyphoplasty to treat 49 elderly patients, age 70 -89 years （ average 75.5）, The patients received preoperative nursing assessment and intervention. Pains were effectively relieved to the all patients, no complication occurred due to improper care. Percutaneous kyphoplaty was effective method to treat elderly patients with osteoporotic compression fractures of spine, preoperative nursing assessment and intervention was important part of successful surgery.
