摘要
报道3例股骨下段骨肉瘤,在超剂量氮芥肢体局部灌注治疗3周后,行大腿高位截肢及膝关节离断,将小腿旋转180°,与股骨残端行再植术,以踝关节代替膝关节。经1～5年随访,肿瘤无转移.假肢功能优于股部假肢。
