摘要
为了解我院抗菌药致不良反应(ADR)发生的特点与一般规律,对我院2010年1月～2011年1月的88例抗菌药不良反应报告进行汇总分析。结果显示引起ADR的抗菌药涉及9大类35个品种。喹诺酮类引起的ADR居首位,其次为头孢菌素类、青霉素类等;ADR的临床表现主要为皮肤及其附件损害(60.95%),其次为心血管系统、消化系统等。因此而知抗菌药的不良反应较多,临床在使用时应引起足够的重视,以减少ADR的发生。
To investigate the characteristics and regularities of adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by antibacterial drugs in our hospital. 88 ADR cases induced by antibacterial drugs occurred in our hospital in 2010 were classified and analyzed. 9 categories（ 35 kinds）of antibacterial drugs were involved in the total ADR cases. The ADR were chiefly induced by quinolones,followed by the cephalosporin and penicillin etc. , which mainly manifested as lesion of skin and its accessories, followed by cardiovascular system and digestive system etc. , ADR worth the highest alert in the clinic to reduce the incidence of ADR induced by antibacterial drugs.
