珍珠岩尾砂干法碱溶试验

摘要 用烧碱溶解分离珠珍岩尾砂,可得碱金属铝硅酸盐碱性溶液,此溶液是合成分子筛的廉价原料。本实验研究了干法碱溶珍珠岩尾砂的效果及最适宜的工艺条件。采用干法最大限度地溶解珍珠岩尾砂的工艺条件是烧碱与原砂的配比为1:1,灼烧温度550℃,灼烧时间2小时。在常温常压下,按此参数操作,珍珠岩尾砂的一次转化率为80%以上。 An alkali metal duminosiiicate alkline solution,which is a cheap raw material by which molewlar sieves arc composed, is prepared by sodium hydroxide sol-volysis of perlite tailing sand.On the basis of experiments,this method's effect and the most appropriate process conditions are studied and it is resulted that in the following conditions the perlite sand can be soluied at most, ei, sodium hydroxide and crude sand in the ratio 1 : 1, burned at 500℃, for 2 hours. If operated according to the above parameters at normal atmospheric temperature and pressure, the transforming rate of the perlite sand is up to over 80%.
