摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)在老年人群中的发病率仅次于心脑血管疾病和癌症,是老年人死亡的第三大病因,受到国内外医疗界的广泛关注,但疗效一直很不理想。近年来研究发现三七皂苷Rg1在AD治疗方面有一定疗效。三七皂苷Rg1是三七总皂苷的主要单体成分之一,三七皂苷中Rg1常作为指标成分参与一些新药的研制开发。三七皂苷及其单体成分对神经系统、心血管系统、免疫系统均有广泛影响。
Alzheimer′s disease（AD） incidence is only second to cardiovascular disease and cancer in elders,the third causes of death among elders,which draws broad attention from domestic and international medical field,however the treatment has not been satisfying all along.Recent studies have discovered that notoginsenoside-Rg1 saponins has certain curative effect in treating AD.Notoginsenoside-Rg1 is one of the major monomer compositions of panax notoginseng saponins,which is often used as an ingredient indicator in new drug research and development.Notoginsen saponins and its monomer composition have extensive influence on nervous system,cardiovascular system,and immune system.
