摘要
针对目前我国企业管理科学化中存在的问题,从管理科学化的内涵和特征出发,介绍了其影响因素,分析了由于认为科学化就是数量化、国际化、信息化和制度化而产生的管理科学化误区,并在最后提出了对策。
To solve these scientific management problems which exist in the enterprise at present,this paper introduces the definition,features and influencing factors of scientific management,and analyzes the misunderstanding of scientific management that some people think science is quantity,internationalization,information and institutionalization.At last,it proposes measures.
