丙泊酚与舒芬太尼在无痛人工流产术中应用的临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察丙泊酚配伍舒芬太尼用于无痛人工流产的情况。方法:200例自愿终止妊娠的患者分为丙泊酚单独用药组(A组)和丙泊酚配伍舒芬太尼组(B组),观察两组患者在手术时间、苏醒时间、丙泊酚用量、患者体动情况、术后宫缩痛。结果:B组丙泊酚用量明显少于A组(P<0.05),B组患者清醒时间、注射痛、患者体动情况、术后宫缩痛都明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚配伍舒芬太尼用于无痛人工流产的清醒时间、术后宫缩痛、术中术后不良反应优于单纯使用丙泊酚组,值得推广和应用。
