血清降钙素原结合超敏C反应蛋白测定在中老年女性泌尿系统感染的意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的:通过分析降钙素原(procalcitonin,PTC)和超敏C反应蛋白(highsensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)在中老年女性泌尿系统感染中的变化,探讨其与中老年女性泌尿系统感染的关系。方法:收集78例中老年女性泌尿系统感染病例的临床资料,检测血清降钙素原及超敏C反应蛋白水平,选取25例体检健康老年女性为对照组,比较两项指标在中老年女性泌尿系统感染中的变化。结果:中老年女性泌尿系统感染患者治疗前的PTC、hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组,治疗前后PTC和hs-CRP水平亦有明显差异;治疗后观察组PTC、hs-CRP水平与对照组PCT、hs-CRP比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:血清PTC、hs-CRP水平与中老年女性泌尿系统感染关系密切。
