摘要
文章对国内外军人护士在灾害救援行动中的人员配置、能力培养、组织训练等方面进行了综述,提出了对灾害救援行动中军人护士角色行为等进行深入理论研究、建立并完善军人灾害救援培训机制等相关对策。以期为提升对我国军人护士在国内外灾害救援行动中的角色认同度,更好保证灾害救援工作的完成提供理论指导。
This paper reviewed the domestic and foreign status of military nurses participating in disaster rescue from the aspects of staffing, capacity building, training and organization. Then it proposed to conduct in - depth theoretical study of nurse roles in disaster rescue, build up and perfect disaster rescue train- ing systems and related strategies, so as to enhance the recognition degree of military nurse＇s roles in disaster rescue and provide theoretical guidance to ensure the completion of disaster rescue work.
