自发性颈动脉内膜剥脱症的诊断与治疗进展
摘要
随着对自发性颈动脉内膜剥脱症（或白发性颈动脉夹层）（spontaneous carotid artery dissection，SCAD）认识的深入，发现SCAD是临床脑缺血发作和脑卒中的诱因之一，而在年轻的脑缺血或卒中患者中，SCAD是重要的危险因素。在没有外伤甚至是轻微外伤病史时，颈动脉内膜剥脱症被认为是自发性的。
