食管受累的嗜酸性筋膜炎一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，40岁。因“四肢肿胀僵硬、皮肤变硬2个月余，伴吞咽障碍1个月”于2010年5月17日入院，既往体健。患者2010年3月初劳累后出现右侧小腿肿胀僵硬，皮肤紧绷感，之后逐渐累及到右侧大腿、左侧下肢及双侧上肢，伴肢体胀痛及双侧踝、膝、腕、肘关节疼痛，关节无红肿和晨僵，无发热和皮疹，无雷诺现象，4月初出现吞咽固体食物较费力，有哽咽感，无反酸、烧心和嗳气。体格检查：心肺未见异常，四肢肿胀，压痛，皮肤紧绷变硬，双侧前臂掌面沿浅静脉行程的皮肤出现凹陷呈沟状。
