γδT细胞在系统性红斑狼疮中的研究进展

摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(systemiclupuserythematosus,SLE)是一种以T、B淋巴细胞异常活化产生大量自身抗体和多器官受累为特征的自身免疫性疾病。其发病机制尚未完全阐明,目前研究提示γδT细胞在SEE发病中发挥着启动和调节自身免疫病理的双重作用。本文就γδT细胞在SLE发病中的作用作一综述.
