烧结温度对Sc_2(MoO_4)_3负热膨胀性能的影响

摘要 以Sc2O3和MoO3粉末为原料,在700~1 100℃,通过固相反应烧结制备负热膨胀材料Sc2(MoO4)3。应用X射线衍射仪、Raman光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜分析产物的物相组成和结构,并通过热膨胀仪测定产物的热膨胀系数。结果表明:采用固相法能够经济有效地制备较纯正交相Sc2(MoO4)3,Sc2(MoO4)3在约1 116℃发生分解,并且烧结温度显著地影响Sc2(MoO4)3的负热膨胀性能;随着烧结温度从900℃增加到1 100℃,测得样品在室温~600℃的宏观平均热膨胀系数从-4.49×10-6/℃变化到-5.83×10-6/℃。 Negative thermal expansion material Sc2(MoO4)3 was synthesized by solid state reaction with scandium oxide and molybdenum trioxide as raw materials between 700 ℃ and 1 100 ℃.Phase composition and structure of products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy,and scanning electronic microscopy.Thermal expansion coefficients of the products were measured by thermo dilatometer.Results show that Sc2(MoO4)3 with high purity and an orthorhombic structure can be efficiently prepared by the solid state method.Decomposition temperature is about 1 116 ℃ and thermal expansion properties of sample is apparently affected by sintering temperature.With the increase of temperature from 900 ℃ to 1 100 ℃,the average macroscopic thermal expansion coefficients of the products change from –4.49 × 10–6/℃ to –5.83 × 10–6/℃ at room temperature to 600 ℃.
