摘要
目的探讨低机械指数超声造影成像技术在早期肝细胞癌诊断中的应用价值。方法比较超声造影与增强CT对28例2.0~3.0cm及39例1.0~2.0cm肝细胞癌的正确诊断率。结果超声造影对2.0—3.0cm及1.0~2.0cm肝细胞癌的正确诊断率分别为89.3%、84.6%,与增强CT的89.3%、69.2%两者比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但超声造影对增强CT不能确诊的11例癌灶及3例未检出癌灶表现出典型的增强模式。结论超声造影对早期肝细胞癌具有较高的正确诊断率,对增强CT检查可疑的病灶行超声造影检查可提高对早期肝细胞癌的正确诊断率。
Objective To investigate the clinical merit of low mechanical index contrast-enhanced uhrasonography (CEUS) for diagnosing primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Comparing the accuracy of CEUS with contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) for diagnosing 28 size of the nodules range 2.0 - 3.0 cm and 39 size of the nodules range 1.0 - 2. 0 cm of primary HCC. Results The diagnositc accuracy of the size range 2. 0 - 3.0 cm and 1.0 - 2. 0 em for CEUS were 89. 3% and 84. 6% , and 89. 3%, 69. 2% for CECT, respectively, there has no significance between CEUS and CECT (P 〉0. 05). However, 11 cases which were not diagnosed and 3 cases not detected on CECT can show a topical enhancement mode on CEUS. Conclusion CEUS has a high value in diagnosing primary HCC, and might increase the diagnositc accuracy of primary HCC when suspicious on CECT.
