胃癌内镜下诊断与活检结果的对比分析 被引量：5

摘要 胃镜检查广泛用于胃癌的诊断，胃镜检查结合黏膜活检是目前最可靠的诊断手段，其阳性结果常作为胃癌诊断的金标准^[1]。然而胃镜黏膜活检与外科病理组织诊断存在一定的误差。笔者对60例胃癌患者的胃镜诊断与病理诊断进行了对比分析，现报告如下。 1资料与方法 1．1一般资料本组120例均为2010年5月至2011年5月天门市第一人民医院经胃镜活检并经外科手术确诊和切除肿瘤的胃癌患者，
