摘要 冠状动脉疾病（CAD）是心内科的常见病，近年来对于该疾病的治疗有了迅速的发展，经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）作为一种有效治疗CAD的手段日益应用广泛，使得缺血事件大大降低，但出血并发症却不断增加。现对PCI患者出血、贫血和输血等情况作一综述。
