摘要
苏丹瓦乌中国维和二级医院管理面临的主要困难为:任务期时间长、安全问题多、补给困难、外语交流难度大、联合国办公流程特殊。对策为主动适应联合国规程,加强组织领导,充分准备、加强人员身心健康管理、强化外语学习和场景训练、加强安全防卫训练、加强自我保障能力培育。建议维和医院把远程医疗推向前沿,及时进行维和经验总结,加速骨干培训,完善后勤保障法规和人性化管理制度。
The major difficulties on management faced by Chinese level Ⅱ hospital in Wau Sudan are the following： a long time task, supply difficulties, too much safety problems, having difficulty in foreign communication, the United Nations＇ special office processes. Six Measures were taken to solve the problems： actively adapt to the United Nations＇ regulations; strengthen organization and leadership and fully prepared; strengthen the health management of personnel ; strengthen foreign language learning and training ; enhance security and defense training ; strengthening the capacity of self - protection training. Some proposals for hospital management： put further telemedicine into the forefront, and experience summarize in time, speed up the specialists training; consummate logistics management laws and regulations, and the humanbased management rules.
