摘要
无论是内源式升级还是通过嵌入全球价值链升级,发展中国家的产业集群都会受到锁定。全球价值创造体系由链状向星系型的转变为地方产业集群升级提供了新的契机。在分析我国产业集群升级困境的基础上,结合价值星系的特点,提出战略嵌入式升级路径。通过对该路径升级机理的分析,认为识别价值星系基础知识体系中与主题知识互补的知识,可以实现地方资源优势与恒星企业知识体系耦合,从而以高势位嵌入恒星企业价值创造战略,有效摆脱升级中的锁定。
Whether the endogenous upgrading or the Upgrading of Inserting into Globe Value Chain,all industrial clusters in developing countries are locked in.The global value creation system transforming from value chain to value constellation provides the new opportunities to the local industrial cluster upgrading.This article,based on analyzing the morass of the industrial cluster upgrading,combining the characteristics of the value constellation,put forwards the strategic embedded upgrading route.With the analysis of the mechanism of upgrading,the research indicates that identifying the knowledge which is complementary to the subject knowledge from the basic knowledge system will couple the local resource advantage with the knowledge system of the core enterprise.And it can cast off the lock-in in upgrading effectively by executing the value creation strategy of inserting into the core enterprise in high-potential.
