摘要
构建一个和谐合理的利益分配格局,对当前我国完善适应社会主义市场经济体制的油气资源收益分配制度,有着重要意义。本文针对我国油气资源区别于其他矿产资源的特点,在理顺各利益主体间经济关系的基础上,对石油企业税负的实证分析,针对我国油气资源利益分配制度中存在的不合理因素,提出收益分配制度改革的相关建议。
To build a harmonious and reasonable interest distribution pattern, is of great significance to our current income distribution system in the oil and gas resources. This article is in view of that our country oil gas resources is different from other features of mineral resources, straightens out the economic relationship,empirically analysis the Irrational factors in oil and gas resources benefit distribution system, then puts forward the relevant suggestions on income distribution system reformation.
