不同栽培基质对石韦活性成分含量的影响

摘要 [目的]筛选适宜石韦(Pyrrosia lingua)人工栽培的基质。[方法]在大田试验条件下,采用随机区组设计,研究石韦在甘蔗渣、蘑菇渣、木糠和炉渣分别与土壤按1∶1比例混合形成的4种栽培基质中扦插苗叶片的活性成分含量。[结果]甘蔗渣混土基质可显著提高石韦叶片的总黄酮、多糖、总皂苷、蒽醌和绿原酸含量;蘑菇渣混土和炉渣混土基质可显著提高多糖和总皂苷含量,但同时会降低总黄酮含量,且对蒽醌和绿原酸含量无显著影响;木糠混土基质可显著提高多糖、总皂苷和绿原酸含量,但对总黄酮和蒽醌含量无显著影响。[结论]甘蔗渣混土是石韦较适宜的人工栽培基质。 [Objective] To select the suitable culture medium for Pyrroia lingua cultivation.[Method] A field experiment using randomized block design was carried out to study the active components content in leaves of P.lingua cuttings cultivated in four mixed culture media of soil with sugarcane bagasse,mushroom compost,sawdust and slag in the ratio of 1∶1.[Result] The mixed media of soil with sugarcane bagasse could significantly increase the contents of total flavonoides,polysaccharides,total saponins,anthraquinone in leaves of P.lingua.the mushroom compost-soil and slag-soil mixed media could significantly increase the contents of polysaccharides and total saponins,whereas significantly decrease the total flavonoides content,and had no significant effect on anthraquinone content;The sawdust-soil mixed media could significantly increase the contents of polysaccharides and total saponins,whereas had no significant effect on contents of total flavonoides and anthraquinone.[Conclusion] The mixed media of sugarcane bagasse with soil was the optimum culture medium for P.lingua.
