摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像对主动脉夹层的诊断价值。方法 45例主动脉夹层(AD)患者均经手术证实,观察采用多排螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)与经胸超声心动图(TTE)检查的情况和诊断准确率。结果 MSCTA、TTE诊断AD的准确率分别为100%、62.5%,二者比较,差异有显著性(χ2=28.314,P<0.01)。结论 MSCTA为AD提供详尽、可靠的信息,在显示病灶的空间关系上更具优势。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT angiography（MSCTA） in aortic dissection（AD）. Methods 45 patients of AD were confirmed by surgery, the accuracy rate of diagnosis were observed using multislice spiral CT angiography（MSCTA） and transthoracic echocardiography（TTE）. Results The accuracy rate of diagnosis of AD were 100%, 62.5%, there were difference between MSCTA and TTE（χ2=28.314, P 〈0.01）. Conclusion MSCT can supply detailed and believable information for AD, and it has more advantage on the spatial relationships of the nidus.
