摘要
采用硫酸酸浸铝钙渣提铝,主要研究浸出过程中各工艺因素对铝浸出率的影响,用32%~33%浓度的硫酸浸出铝钙渣,较佳的浸出工艺条件为:浸出温度为50℃,浸出时间为45 min,液固比为4:1.为提高铝浸出率以及制取的硫酸铝溶液同时满足后序工序的要求,采用三级逆流浸出,并适当调整工艺参数,进行综合条件实验,获得铝的浸出率为98.48%,浸出液的pH为3.5、硫酸铝浓度为163.4 g/L.
This paper studies aluminum leaching by sulfate acid from Al-Ca residue.The optimum conditions of leaching are obtained.The optimal conditions are adjusted by 3 stages counter-current extracting to improve extracting yield.The aluminum sulfate solution produced meet the requirements of the following operation.The optimal extracting yield reaches 98.48 %.The pH value of aluminum sulfate solution is controlled at 3.5.The concentration of aluminum sulfate 163.4 g/L.
