摘要
目的观察冠心消斑胶囊对冠心病心绞痛合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组32例。治疗组服用冠心消斑胶囊治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗,疗程均为8周。观察两组治疗前后心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油停减情况、血脂疗效及不良反应。结果两组疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组心电图疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后硝酸甘油停减率分别为87.5%、70.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在血脂疗效上,治疗组降TC、TG、LDL-C优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心消斑胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛合并高脂血症疗效优于西医常规治疗。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Guanxin Xiaoban capsule on coronary heart disease with angina and hyperlipidemia. Methods 62 patients were divided randomly into control group （30 patients） and treatment group （32 patients）. The patients were given Guanxin Xiaoban capsule in treatment group and given normal treatment of western medicine in control group, 8 weeks one treatment course. Before and after treatment, angina, ECG, nitroglycerin reduced and stopped conditions, lipid effects and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate was 93.75% in treatment group and 80. 00% in control group （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of ECG was 87.50% in treatment group and 70.00% in control group （P〈0.05）. Before and after treatment, the nitroglycerin stopping rate was 87.50% in treatment group and 70.00% in control group （P〈0.05）; the blood TC, TG and LDL- C in treatment group were reduced obviously than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Condusion The Guanxin Xiaoban capsule is better for angina and hyperlipidemia than conventional western medicine.
