摘要
目的探讨超声电导中药透入在治疗颈淋巴结结核中的作用。方法将100例颈淋巴结结核患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组在应用西医抗结核药物、中药敷贴的同时,进行超声电导中药透入治疗,对照组常规应用西医抗结核药物治疗和中药敷贴患处。结果观察组临床症状及体征改善、治愈率均优于对照组。结论超声电导中药透入治疗颈淋巴结结核,既能弥补内治的不足,又无创伤,不良反应少,能提高疗效,患者乐于接受。
Objective To study the effect of herb permeating treatment of neck lymphaden tuberculosis by ultrasound electroconduction. Methods 100 selected patients with neck lymphaden tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group consisting of 50 cases. The treatment group was treated with anti - tuberculosis drugs, herb for external application and herb permeating treatment by ultrasound electroconduction, while the control group was treated only with anti - tuberculosis drugs and herb for external application. Results The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs and cure rate are better in the treatment group than those in the control group. Conclusion This new approach is not only a supplement of drugs but also has advantages such as non- invasion and less side effect.
