摘要
露天爆破采矿时,矿石与岩石经常混杂在一起。针对此问题,提出应用等时线法分析爆破中岩石的移动方向,将矿石和岩石分别堆积,实现矿岩分离。通过等时线辅助分析软件,便捷地设计炮孔起爆时序,再根据矿山地质及爆破条件确定合理的延时时间,得到较好的爆破方案。工程试验中应用数码电子雷管爆破验证了矿岩分堆的效果,表明这种方法可以实现对岩石爆破移动方向的控制,并使矿岩分离。
Ore are always mixed with rocks in the process of open-pit blasting mining. According to this problem, a method using isochrones analysis was put forward to judge the movement direction of rocks in the blasting. Ore and rocks are accumulated respectively to realize their separation by proper selecting initiation delay. The initiation sequence of blastholes was designed easily by isochrones analysis, and delay time of the hole to hole and row to row was selected based on the geological and blasting conditions of mine, then good blasting scheme could be obtained. The separation effect was confirmed by blasting test using Digital electronic detonators. The research shows that the movement direction control of rocks blasted can be realized, and the ore and rocks can he separated by this method.
