摘要
给出了发动机冷却风扇的数值仿真的建模方法和求解技术。以大型车辆发动机冷却风扇为研究对象,采用分区域划分网格的方法,运用滑移网格技术,对大型车辆冷却风扇三维流场进行了数值模拟和气动性能、气动噪声的研究。流场稳态模拟采用了基于雷诺平均的RNGκ-ε湍流模型,流场瞬态模拟采用了大涡模拟方法。给出了风扇流场的压力分析和速度分析,讨论了对风扇流量和气动噪声的影响因素。
Modelling and solution techniques for numerical simulation of engine cooling fans are presented in this paper.In the article,the engine cooling fan of heavy vehicles is studied as the object.The authors use the method of dividing grid according to the regions and employ sliding mesh technique to conduct numerical simulation and aerodynamic performance and noises study on 3-D flow field of cooling fan of heavy vehicles.For the simulation of steady flow field,RNG k-ε turbulent model base on RANS(Reynolds averaged N-S equations) method is used,and for the simulation of instantaneous flow field,the method of LES(large eddy simulation) is used.The pressure analysis and the velocity analysis of fans' flow field are presented.The influence factors on flux of the fan and aerodynamic noise of the fan are discussed as well.
