参与花生四烯酸代谢的酶单核苷酸多态性与脑卒中相关性研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 脑卒中是遗传和环境因素共同作用的结果,单核苷酸多态性(SNP)是基因组中一种最常见的遗传变异,是新一代的遗传标记。花生四烯酸经环氧合酶、脂氧合酶和细胞色素P450途径代谢,其代谢产物具有很强的生物活性,在其代谢过程中5-脂氧合酶、5-脂氧合酶激活蛋白、白三烯C4合成酶、白三烯C4水化酶、CYP4F2以及CYP4A11起着重要作用。本文将对编码这些酶的相关SNP与脑血管病相关性的研究进展做一综述。
