摘要
目的观察阿维A联合重组人白介素～2治疗尖锐湿疣（cA）及预防复发的效果。方法将入选患者随机分为对照组和治疗组；均用微波将皮损彻底清除，对照组25例不加用其他治疗，治疗组34例彻底清除皮损后应用重组人白介素一2注射液20万单位肌注，隔日1次，连用7次，并加用阿维A胶囊20mg／d，8周后改为10mg／d，维持4周。两组均随访6个月。结果治疗组复发率为11．76％，明显低于对照组的56．00％，差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论阿维A联合重组人白介素一2肌注对CA具有较好的治疗作用，并能降低其复发率。
Objective To observe the efficacy and recurrence of oral acitretin combined with interleukin- 2 in patients with condyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methods 59 patients with CA were randomly divided into two groups. 34 cases as observation group were treated with aeiwefin（20 mg/d orally for 8 weeks, and then the 10 mg/d for 4 weeks） and interleukin-2（2OO,lX}O unit in% qed for 7 times）after tbe warts had been eliminated by mien）wave. In the control group, 25 eases received the trealment of elimination of the warts by microwave alone. A review was given to all patients for 6 months, comparing the re]apse rate between the two groups. Resets In the observation group,recurrence rate was seen only in 4 cases（11.76%）while in the control group, there were 14 cases of recurrence（56.00% ）. The relapse rate of the investigation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant in the two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conelusima Using aeitrefin combined with interleukin-2 in the ~.atment for CA can lower the re]apes rate.
