摘要
供应商选择是供应链管理的一项重要内容,需要综合考虑多方面因素;煤炭行业由于其所需物料的多样性和特殊性,使得煤业集团供应商的选择更具复杂性。文章在分析传统煤炭企业供应商选择策略基础上,提出了建立多层次供应商选择策略的构想,并引入主客观赋权下的灰色关联度评价方法选择供应商,使评价结果更加客观、准确。
Supplier selection is an important content of supply chain management.It need take into account the various factors comprehensively.Due to the diversity and particularity of materials,the coal group supplier selection is more complexity.Based on the analysis of the selection strategy of the traditional coal enterprise suppliers,the article proposes establishing the conception of the multi-layer supplier selection strategy,and using the gray relational degree evaluation method based on the empowerment of the subjective and objective to select suppliers.It makes evaluation result to be more objective and accurate.
