摘要
煤气化是实现煤炭清洁利用的关键。四喷嘴对置气化炉同德士古气化装置一样,灰水系统结垢问题是制约该装置提高运行效率中的一个瓶颈。本文分析了60万吨/年甲醇项目气化装置灰水处理系统中存在问题的原因,提出相应的优化措施,并在该装置中加以应用。
Coal gasification was the key technology in clean utilization of coal.The problem of ash water system scaling in the four opposed nozzles gasification device was the bottleneck that restricted the device improving the running efficiency as the texaco gasification unit.The problems of the disposal process for ash water system of gasification device in the 600 kt/a methanol project was analyzed.Relevant optimize measures were proposed and applied in the unit.
