摘要
高职院校基层教学管理人员是教学管理措施的直接操作者，其队伍的建设将直接影响教学质量。本文主要从高职院校建校初期这阶段入手，分析其基层教学管理队伍的发展现状，找出其存在问题的根源，并提出加强该队伍建设的几点途径。
The managers of primary teaching are direct operators in teaching management measures. They are the key parts to teaching quality directly in vocational colleges. Existing problems of their work are analyzed, and improvement of building a primary teaching management team in vocational colleges are put forward.
