摘要
目的建立心脑通口服液处方制备的合理工艺。方法以黄芪甲苷、干膏率为指标,采用正交试验法对提取工艺进行优选。结果石菖蒲、川芎两味加入10倍量水浸泡1 h后,采用水蒸气蒸馏法收集相当于药材2倍量的馏出液,蒸馏后的水溶液另器收集,药渣与黄芪等其余五味药材加水煎煮3次,每次加入10倍量水,煎煮1 h,合并煎液,滤过,滤液与上述水溶液合并,浓缩至相对密度为1.10的清膏。结论该制备工艺操作可行、质量可控,适合工业生产。
Aim To optimize the extraction process of xinnaotong oral liquid.Methods The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extraction process.The content of Baicalin and the total solid substances were determined to evaluate the effect of extraction of different processes.Results The optimum extracting factors were 10 times water,extracting for 1 h,for 3 times.Conclusion The optimal extraction process is simple and repeatable.It can be used in industrial production.
