视神经原发性肿瘤及治疗新进展 被引量：4

摘要 总结近年来原发性视神经肿瘤临床治疗方面的新进展。目前关于视神经胶质瘤的治疗存在两种有分歧的意见：一是不治疗，因治疗有副反应，如继发性肿瘤、moyamoya综合征；二是采用放疗和化疗，可稳定并显著改善病情。关于视神经鞘脑膜瘤的治疗，放疗成为首选。但视神经胶质瘤的治疗很难建立统一的标准，对不同病人要进行个性化治疗。尽管放疗和化疗都可稳定视力甚至对于一些进展性的肿瘤可以提高视力，但对于9岁以下的儿童以及伴有神经纤维病1型的患者化疗是首选。对于存在有用视力的进展性视神经鞘脑膜瘤，多次分割立体定向放疗是治疗的首选。
