摘要
作者使用甲氧氯普胺(metoclopramide)225-675mg/d治疗精神分裂症患者17例,结果有效9例(53％)。我们发现此药副作用多,服药后出现紫绀7例(41％),并较多出现锥体外系反应及食欲减退,该药是否能作抗精神病药推广应用值得考虑。
Seyenteen patients with schizophrenia were treated with metoclopramide 225-675 mg/d. The results showed that 9 patients (53%) were effective on metoclopramide, but the side effect was more than other drugs. In 7 patients(41%), cyanosis were - discovered after using metoclopramide. In addition, many extrapyramidal symptoms and poor appetite were consequent on taking metoclopramide. It is necessary to consider whether it may be used as an effective antipsychotic.
