摘要
[目的]了解寿光市居民心脑血管疾病死亡情况、死亡原因,为制订卫生事业发展规划和卫生政策提供科学依据。[方法]对寿光市居民2010年心脑血管疾病死亡原因进行调查。[结果]2010年调查全市居民1 036 087人,死亡3 023例,死亡率为291.77/10万。居民死亡率(/10万),男性为278.62,女性为305.17(P<0.05);30岁以下年龄组为3.22,30岁以后为454.24(P<0.01);死亡率30岁以上年龄组男性均高于女性。全部居民心脑血管疾病前3位死亡原因是脑血管疾病、缺血性心脏病和高血压性心脏病。[结论]心脑血管疾病中,脑血管疾病、缺血性心脏病和高血压性心脏病是寿光市居民的主要死因。
[Objective]To clarify the mortality caused by cardiovascular disease（CVD） and provide basis for health service development and health policy making.[Methods]The mortality data on CVD causes in Shouguang city in 2010 were collected and analyzed.[Results]Among 1 036 087 residents in Shouguang city,3 023 deaths due to CVD occurred in 2010 with the mortality rate of 291.77/105.（278.62 for males and 305.17 for females,Difference has statistically significant（P〉0.05）;the death rate for 0-30 age group was 3.22.In the over 30 age groups,the death rate was 454.24（P〈0.01）.Death rates for males from over 30 age groups were significantly higher than females.The top 3 leading CVD causes on mortality of all residents in Shouguang city were cerebrovascular disease,Ischemic heart disease,hypertensive heart disease.[Conclusion]Cerebrovascular disease,Ischemic heart disease,hypertensive heart disease are the leading CVD causes of death in Shouguang city.
