摘要
系统检测18例服氯氮平的精神分裂症患者血浆药物浓度。结果表明,血药浓度和服药剂量呈正相关;而不同患者血药浓度的个体差异很大。血药浓度和临床疗效以及脑、心电图异常改变均无明显联系。初步讨论了血药浓度检测的临床意义,认为对于某些疗效较差或药物副反应较重的患者,血药浓度测定具有临床参考价值。
The clozapine levels in plasma were measured during the treatment of 18 male schizophrenic inpatients. A positive linear correlation was found between plasma clozapine levels and the doses given. However, the individual variation were so great that the relationship was not significant between the plasma levels and the clinical efficacy or the abnormal changes of EEG or ECG induced by the drug. Nevertheless, the measurement of plasma clozapine levels has potential significance for those with poor therapeutic effect and serious side effects to clozapine.
