摘要
本文应用姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)技术和酵母菌(Saccharomyces cerevisiae,YEPD8534-8c)的药物诱变性检测法,研究氯氮平的诱变效应。结果没有显示氯氮平对核基因和细胞质基因的任何诱变效应。提示氯氮平从诱变角度看是安全的。
A study of mutagenic effects of clozapine with the sister chromatid exchange techniques and the mutagenicity assay of drugs on Saccharomyces ccrcvisiae (YEPD 8534~8c)was performed. The results did not show any mutagenic effect of clozapine in both nuclear and cytoplasmic genes. It suggests that clozapine is sate in mutagenic aspect.
